An all-in cost comparison of Operon against the platform-bundled agent stacks. Conservative, editable defaults; every figure updates live as you change it. No login, no email, no lead form before you see the number.
An agent platform costs you two things: a platform-and-dependency fee, and the hosted-model spend underneath it. The bundled platforms charge for both — the model line is usually the largest, and it is metered. Operon undercuts the platform fee and, because most work runs on Operon's own AI architecture rather than a hosted frontier model, cuts the model spend sharply. The calculator runs the same workload through each platform, applies Operon's all-in price, and shows your saving. Every default is conservative and editable; if your number comes out lower than the example, that is informative, and if it comes out higher, we should probably talk.
Fields carry conservative defaults. Adjust any input to match your environment; the output panel recalculates as you type. Each competitor line shows its work when you click “How is this computed?”
All figures are illustrative and for planning only — not a quote. Competitor pricing changes frequently; defaults are kept conservative and editable so you can replace them with your own numbers. Operon's all-in price assumes a usage envelope sized to the inputs above — estates with unusually heavy or volatile token consumption are priced separately. Your saving moves with usage: heavier token use widens it, lighter use narrows it. We would rather hand you the model than a single headline number.
If the inputs don't match your environment, or you're putting this in front of a CFO, our team will build a tailored model against your actual estate and any quotes you've received — at no cost. We'd rather have the specific conversation than give you a generic answer.
